Seems to be ok ...
I just added a brand new Console-Network category for future use ...

It's in the repo now.

Argh, a slip of the keyboard (whistles)...
But I guess you have one too..
After installing it, it doesn't start...
This is the error I received from the terminal.

Code:
Failed to load fonts.. (paths are: [/home/tavvva/pkgbuild/emul/beebem/pkg/usr/share/beebem/resources/font10x16.bmp] and [/home/tavvva/pkgbuild/emul/beebem/pkg/usr/share/beebem/resources/font5x8.bmp])
EG failed to initialize! Quiting

Arghhhh.... this is unfortunately very probably an upstream bug in the build .... The binary seems to include absolute paths to resources inside Sad
The same would happen with your local build if you rename the directory containing your build.
We need to find some workaround ...

RE: PKGBUILD files
I probably found the reason ...

./configure --enable-econet --prefix=$pkgdir/usr --host=i386-pc-linux-gnu --build=i386-pc-linux-gnu

The $pkgdir should not be there ....

./configure --enable-econet --prefix=/usr --host=i386-pc-linux-gnu --build=i386-pc-linux-gnu

... but if you build it like that, then it gives you erros in the install phase, because it doesn't support DESTDIR .... so ..... it's really an upstream issue...

  make || return 1
