/etc/Wireless/RT61STA/rt61sta.dat

WPA2 example:
Code:
...
SSID=YourWirelessSSID

EncrypType=TKIP
...
WPAPSK=YourSecreteCodeHere
...

Skip the probe part ...
Once finished, run service net start from the root account

ifconfig ra0 A.B.C.D
route add default gw E.F.G.H
echo "nameserver I.J.K.L" > /etc/resolv.conf
echo "search mydomain.local" >> /etc/resolv.conf

----------------------------

Interface ra0 can be renamed to eth0 with the nameif tool.

ifconfig ra0 up
fconfig ra0 down

UPDATE !!!

I patched the sources in order to change the default device name from ra* to eth*.
There's no need for /etc/rc.d/net changes anymore.
